About Me

Who are Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW's)? They are America's largest group of professionals treating personal and interpersonal problems from daily crises to life's most difficult situations.
I have been in private practice as a psychotherapist since 1982. Previously, I worked five years at Del Amo Psychiatric Hospital in Torrance, CA and then on the psychiatric unit at Loma Linda University Medical Center for three years. I earned my Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree in 1979 from the University of Southern California (USC). I am licensed in the state of California, (License #LCS9202), and I am a Board Certified Diplomate through the American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work (#013846).
My mission is to provide each client with attentive, personal, professional care using my 25 years of experience, expertise, and training. I hold to high ethical standards and emphasize confidentiality. Sessions are solution-oriented and interactive.
My goal is to benefit people in coping with and resolving problems, in achieving better relationships and physical health, and in attaining greater productivity and peace of mind.
